The Medipac Assist "hotline" is a very important service for our clients. Should you ever need to call, you will speak directly to one of our nurses, trained and experienced in critical care. Often, all that is required is some reassurance and help in setting up a doctor's appointment. On occasion, our medical staff has persuaded clients to seek immediate emergency medical attention and not to "wait until the weekend is over." Our nurses can also help you to deal with a sometimes intimidating foreign medical system and help prevent unnecessary expenses even if you have a large deductible.

We can guide you to facilities that have reputations for high quality medical services. Many facilities also have an established relationship with Medipac to facilitate direct billing with our company and to ensure cost effective delivery of your policy benefits.
Our nurses communicate regularly with you and your health care providers to follow your care and anticipate your ongoing needs. We stay informed so that we can continue to be a valuable resource to both you and your family.
Your policy benefits extend beyond hospitalization. If you need to return to Canada for medical reasons we can make all of the travel arrangements for you and your traveling companions. We can even bring your car (RV or trailer) home for you.
